The Herman Ray "Buz" Buzbee, Jr. Memorial Music Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Cooper High School. You must plan to attend a two - or four - year accredited college or university and demonstrate an interest and proficiency in vocal and / or instrumental music through past performances to be eligible for this award. This award is maintained with full - time status and a minimum GPA of 2.5.
