Description
The Hugh and Mary Higley Non-Traditional Student Scholarship is available to students residing in Marinette and Menominee Counties. You must meet one of the following requirements to be eligible for this award: Be 21 years of age or older, have graduated from an accredited high school more than six months prior to applying for this scholarship, have a child / children, or plan to work 25 or more hours per week during the school year.
