Elaine Marie Smith Scholarship

Description

The Elaine Marie Smith Scholarship is available to continuing full-time graduate students majoring in vocational rehabilitative counseling or working toward an M.S. in Special Education at Montana State University, Billings. You must have completed at least one year of study, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Selection will also be based on participation in activities pertaining to your major and financial need. U.S. citizenship is also required.
