Roscoe Bartlett Scholarship

Description

The Roscoe Bartlett Scholarship is open to full-time biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics and engineering majors at Frostburg State University. To be eligible for this renewable award, you must have a minimum 3.0 GPA (minimum 3.5 GPA in your major) and be a resident of the Sixth Congressional District (Allegany, Carroll, Frederick, Garrett, Howard or Washington County in Maryland). Financial need may be a determining factor.
