Description
The Peter T. Flawn Presidential Honors Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students at the University of Texas, San Antonio. You must be enrolled full time, be pursuing a major in the College of Engineering or the College of Sciences, and be in the Honors College to be eligible for this award. Additionally, you must have a minimum 24 ACT/1100 SAT score or rank in the top 20 percent of your class.
