Description
The Robert T. Smart Scholarship in Engineering is available to incoming freshmen who will major in engineering at Ohio University. You must be from a rural community or a small community that serves a rural community to be eligible for this award. You must also have a minimum 28 ACT score or 1100 SAT score, be a member of the National Honor Society, and have participated in high school government or have had an affiliation with high school athletic activities. Preference will be given to students from Lawrence County.
