Description
The Mark Watts Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Oregon Coast Community College. You must be a current volunteer with the Siletz, Waldport of Yachats Rural Fire District and have a background in emergency medical service to qualify for this award. Additionally, you must show that OCCC EMT training will benefit the community of Siletz, Waldport or Yachats and provide a letter of recommendation from your fire chief.
