The Laurence Douglass and Edna Davidson Chipman Scholarship is open to sophomore, junior and senior students at the University of Idaho. You must be majoring in engineering, be a resident of Lemhi or Custer County, and have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to Lemhi County High School graduates.
