Description
The Just Out Scholarship is available to gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender students or students who are children of gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender parents. You must be a resident of Oregon or Southwest Washington (Clark, Cowlitz or Skamania County) for at least one year prior to applying for this award. Selection for this award will be based on financial need and the clarity of your educational objectives and career goals.
