  The Mary and Bill Richardson Fund Scholarship is available to first-year students at the University of Iowa. First preference will be given to graduates of Clarinda and South Page Community School District and second preference will be given to graduates of Page County high schools. Selection for this renewable award will be based on academic achievement and financial need.
