The Arthur Goodman Strong Memorial Scholarship is available to students with disabilities from Manchester. You must have been a resident of Manchester for at least six months prior to application and have a physical disability or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities as interpreted under the Americans with Disabilities Act to be eligible for this award.
