Description
The Clifford H. Spicer Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate students from Michigan. You must be majoring in land surveying or civil engineering at in an ABET - accredited institution to be eligible for this award. High school seniors must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; freshmen must have a minimum 2.5 GPA; sophomores must have a minimum 2.75 GPA; and juniors must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
