The Ken Milam/County Planning Directors' Association Scholarship is available to students pursuing a program of study in planning. You must attend one of the following schools: Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, San Jose State University, the University of Southern California, or the University of California campuses at Berkeley, Irvine or Los Angeles. You must be interested in public planning in California to qualify for this award.
