The Herbert F. Kuhlman Memorial Rodeo Scholarship is available to rodeo participants at West Texas A&M University. Freshmen must be in the top 25 percent of their high school class, and sophomore, junior, and senior students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award. Financial need and leadership will also be considered.
