Description
The Julius F. "Frankie" Hobbs Scholarship is available to graduating seniors at Plant City High School who will be attending Hillsborough Community College. You must have at least a 2.5 GPA and be a member of DECA or DCT. You must also demonstrate special need or family circumstances, community service, school involvement, leadership, and character to be considered for this award.
