Description
The Jay Hornsby Scholarship is available to full-time entering first-year students at Saginaw Valley State University. You must be a graduating senior of a city of Midland public high school with a minimum 2.0 GPA and demonstrated financial need. A recommendation from your high school guidance counselor is also required.
