Description
The E.C. Hallbeck Memorial Scholarship is available to the child or grandchild (including stepchildren and legally adopted children) of active members, retiree's department members or deceased members of the American Postal Workers Union. Members must have been in good standing for at least one year immediately preceding the application deadline to be eligible. You must be a graduating high school senior and plan to attend an accredited college, university, or community college as a full - time student to be eligible for this award.
