Description
The First National Bank of Dryden Scholarship in Memory of Fay Stafford is available to incoming freshmen at Tompkins Cortland Community College. You must be a recent high school graduate from either Tompkins, Cortland or Tioga counties and have graduated with a minimum 2.0 average to be eligible for this award. You must have been accepted into one of the business programs full-time. Also, you must demonstrate financial need. Preference is given to residents of Dryden county.
