Description
The Dr. Charles I. Switzer Memorial Scholarship is open to juniors and seniors at Eastern Illinois University who are majoring in English. You must have a minimum 3.2 GPA. Preference will be given to students who intend to pursue graduate work in English or plan to become certified to teach.
