Description
The Herman J. Smith Scholarship is available to students attending a nationally recognized college or university and majoring in construction management, mortgage finance, or a construction related field. Preference is given to juniors and seniors, Texas residents, and students attending Texas institutions who are current members (or will be a member in the upcoming semester) of a student chapter of the National Association of Home Builders.
