Description
The Sheila Z. Kolman Memorial Scholarship is open to seniors graduating from a Baltimore city public high school who have a cumulative high school GPA of at least 2.5. To be eligible, you must submit an essay (500- 1000 words) describing how a teacher affected your life in a positive way.
