Description
The Fred C. Rummel Foundation Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at Kean University. You must be a graduate of a Union or Essex County high school, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and demonstrate financial need. You must also demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, trustworthiness and character though community service or high school activities to be eligible for this award.
