The Ruth Elizabeth Anderson and Mary Jane Downes Scholarship is available to students at Arkansas State University (Jonesboro or Mountain Home), North Arkansas College or Southwest Missouri State - West Plains. You must be majoring in a nursing or EMT field, demonstrate financial need, and agree to work for Baxter Regional Medical Center or a subsidiary of BRMC upon graduation to be eligible for this award.
