The Patricia and Gary Leiser Scholarship is available to undergraduate students at Portland State University. You must be majoring in Middle Eastern studies, have a minimum GPA of 3.25 and be currently enrolled in Arabic, Persian or Turkish language classes to be eligible for this award.
