The Commonwealth Scholar Award is available to entering freshmen at Eastern Kentucky University. You must be a National Merit Finalist or a National Merit Scholar to be eligible for this award. This award provides in-state tuition, activity and technology fees, room and board, and books on loan, and is renewable with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
