Description
The Cora Miner Art Scholarship is open to juniors and seniors at Northern Illinois University. You must be enrolled in the School of Art and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference is given to students from DeKalb County who are interested in realistic art. The submission of a portfolio is also required.
