Description
The Florence Wideman Bey Scholarship is open to graduating female students at Essex County College. You must be an Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) student, be at least 35 years old, and be a resident of Newark, New Jersey. Also, you must have demonstrated leadership qualities within the community, have been accepted to a four-year college or university, and be a representative of the EOF majority student population to be eligible for this award. An essay is required.
