Description

The Cobey/Lane/Footen Leadership Award is open to sophomores, juniors and seniors at Frostburg State University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to qualify for this award. You must also demonstrate leadership skills as evidenced by one or more years of service as a volunteer officer or as a student leader in programs or activities impacting the FSU campus.
