Description
The Outstanding Allegany/Garrett Freshman Award is open to full-time entering freshmen at Frostburg State University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and an SAT score of at least 1200 to be considered for this award. You must also be a high school graduate of an Allegany or Garrett County high school. This scholarship covers room and board plus a $1,000 Senatorial Award.
