Description
The Ruben Sierra Dean's Scholarship is available to full-time junior students at Portland State University. You must have at least a 3.0 GPA and demonstrate a seriousness of purpose and a strong interest and commitment to Chicano/Latino history, language and/or culture to be eligible for this award.
