Description

The Rex Howell Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time juniors and seniors majoring in a program within the Languages, Literature and Communications or Fine and Performing Arts departments at Mesa State College. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need and have a history of self effort to qualify for this award.
