Description
The Hispanic Public Relations Association Scholarship is awarded to college sophomores, juniors and seniors of Hispanic descent. You must be majoring in public relations or a related field at a four - year college or university in California, and have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8 and a minimum GPA of 3.0 in your major to be considered for this award.
