Description
The George E. Allen Academic Scholarship is open to high school seniors from Central Virginia who have overcome adversity. The award requires that your plans include continuing education at a university, community college or other post- secondary institution. In addition to your application form, you must submit two letters of recommendation (one of which must be furnished by a faculty member of your present high school), high school transcripts, attendance records, and other applicable test scores demonstrating improvement and high achievement.
