Description
The Joan Cain Florida Quarter Horse Youth Scholarship is available to student members of the Florida Quarter Horse Association who are from Florida. You must have been a member for at least two years and be a high school senior or a student enrolled at an accredited college, university or vocational school. You must also have at least a 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
