The Southington Observer/ Stepsaver Scholarship Fund is available to graduating high school seniors from Southington. You must plan to continue your education at a two- or four- year college / university and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Also, you must demonstrate volunteer/ community involvement and financial need to be eligible for this award.
