The Mahtaban Scholarship for Out of State Residents is available to students enrolling in the Nossi College of Art's Graphic Art Program directly from high school. You must have demonstrated to your high school art instructors and counselors an exceptional ability in art and a promising future as a commercial artist to be eligible for this renewable award. Additionally, you must live out of the state of Tennessee.
