Description
The Wayne and Marjorie Stratton Endowed Scholarship is open to full-time students at Eastern New Mexico University. To qualify for this award, you must be a high school graduate with a cumulative GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to graduates of a Roosevelt County high school.
