Description
The Russellville Kiwanis Ark River Valley Art Center Scholarship is open to full-time sophomores at Arkansas Tech University. You must have graduated from a high school in Pope or Yell County, be majoring in fine arts and have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award. Recipients will be required to volunteer at least two hours per week at the Arkansas River Valley Arts Center.
