Description
The Ruggles Fellowship is open to students at Bates College. You must be majoring and conducting research in the humanities, social sciences or the interdisciplinary programs to qualify for this award. You are expected to work on your pre-thesis research project full time (approximately 40 hours per week) for eight to 10 weeks during the summer. A brief description on how the research will enrich the senior thesis and a letter of support from the project advisor are required.
