Description
The Obaid U. Rehman Memorial Scholarship is available to students at Rockingham Community College. You must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and demonstrate financial need and a desire to better yourself through education to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to those enrolled in the allied health program, and to graduates from any Rockingham County public high school.
