Description
The Kenneth and Hazel Olsen Scholarship is open to freshman elementary education majors at Eastern Michigan University who have a minimum 2.5 GPA. The first choice for selection will be students from the Fowlerville or Howell area and the second choice will be students from Livingston County. If there are no candidates in elementary education then the Music Department may select a recipient.
