Description
The Department Scholarship is available to seniors in high school or graduates of an accredited high school who have not been able to begin college due to circumstances of illness or finance. You must need financial assistance to continue your educational pursuits and attend a California college or university. You must also be the child of a parent who has served or is serving in the United States Armed Forces during any of the eligible periods to be eligible for this award.
