Description
The Second Chance Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students. You must be enrolled or accepted into an accredited college or university, be in good academic standing and be a United States citizen. In order to be eligible for this award, you must submit a 1 to 2 minute video explaining how a traumatic car accident has influenced your life and led you to develop your future plans in the work field.
