Description
The Stinn and Oebser Legacy Scholarship is available to graduating high school senior students residing within Burnett, Polk, St. Croix, or Pierce Counties in Wisconsin. Seniors graduating from the Harlan Community School District in Iowa are also eligible. To be considered for this award, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and plan to attend a trade/vocational school, college, or university. Final selection will be based on financial need, work experience, and student involvement in activities.
