Description
The Anne E. and William B. Wallace, Jr. Scholarship in Memory of Dallas E. Nolan of Cumberland, MD. is available to students at Allegany College of Maryland. You must be enrolled in a health curriculum leading to a career working with people with speech, learning, or physical disabilities. You must also be a resident of Western Maryland or West Virginia and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
