The National Dominican Day Parade Scholarship is available to high school seniors and college/vocational students who are of Dominican descent, are enrolled on a full-time basis, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and have a minimum of one year left in their studies. Selection is based on academic transcripts, two letters of recommendation, resume, and an essay.
