The James Benton Achievement Award is open to students who are residents of the City of Raleigh. You must be living with a disability, be enrolled in, or have been accepted to an accredited university, and demonstrate academic performance, financial need, community involvement, and personal motivation or leadership potential in order to be considered for this award.
