Description
The Strong Roots Scholarship is open to undergraduate students. You must be currently enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited community college, private or public undergraduate college or university, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and have an interest in community building. In order to be considered for this award, you must submit a 500-word essay that answers the following prompt: "How is the meaning of the word “community” changing in today’s world, and what does that mean for people who wish to build strong, healthy communities?".
