Description
The Jane Calmes ALS Scholarship Fund is open to high school seniors, high school graduates and undergraduate students. You must have been diagnosed with ALS or have a parent, guardian, or family member (living or deceased) diagnosed with ALS. In addition, you must be planning to enroll in a minimum of six credits per semester and be a U.S citizen to be eligible for this award.
