Description
The Welch Scholars Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students at Texas A & M University. To be considered for this award, you must be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, a resident of Texas, demonstrate financial need, and have strong academic abilities shown through your high school performance and completed test scores. This award is renewable provided you maintain full-time enrollment and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
